Very friendly and helpful

It was a wonderful experience working with Joyner. The truck was in transit and they gave a better price than I could find anywhere else. We did the deal before the truck even arrived. Once it arrived it was exactly what I wanted and exactly what they claimed it to be. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and half. Financing was a breeze as well. I will definitely buy my next vehicle there. It was worth the drive.

It was great everyone was so wonderful

well, I’m an out-of-state buyer and I was lied to multiple times. The salesman was great himself. I think he did an awesome job, but I was lied to about the transport. I was lied to about the paint protection. The paperwork wasn’t correct. They said that the transport wasn’t available where they actually lied to me cause the transport when I did get the vehicle said they were available on the first day. I was supposed to get the truck and the paperwork wasn’t ready. It took three days for them to do my paperwork which is unacceptable. They couldn’t overnight it to me because they couldn’t get it done in time and on the paperwork the payoff on my vehicle wasn’t even correct. It was $68 off. They didn’t even have the correct pay off. There are marks on the truck that are in the paint. The vehicle was supposed to be gone over by detail. There are two marks on the driver side one on the bed one on the fender that the vehicle needs buffed out. They are smudges in the paint and now I’m being completely avoided multiple phone calls and no phone calls Back and now it seems like no one‘s answering my call at all. This was the absolute worst experience of my entire life and I bought 15 brand new cars. The dealership was very disappointing and their customer service is terrible. The sales manager refuses to call me back. It’s ridiculous and the store general manager today was told about the issue and said he was gonna call me right back and now it’s been 3 1/2 hours and I received no phone call from him either. I also have minimal paperwork from the sale of the vehicle. I need an odometer statement so I can cancel my extended warranty on it, but no one will answer my call so I have no paperwork. I have no information on the warranty of this stupid paint protection that is a scam that they sell there is no paint protection out there. No paint coating out there that last 10 years they are selling a warranty that nobody wants. I didn’t want #Warranty on my paint. That’s all it is is a paint warranty. The coding is not gonna last 10 years. I’ve done my research. Someone needs to call me back.

JP in service was helpful with scheduling appointment for truck transmission issue while visiting TN on our honeymoon. Before we could make that appointment, truck transmission failed and we were towed to dealership. Carlton assisted us on new truck purchase. He went above and beyond to assist us. All around the dealership worked together to help us with our requests and we rate them 10 out of 10!

I had 2 recalls on my 2022 Chevrolet Camaro. I was greet by the service team and well taken care of. I stayed at the dealership during the time my car was being serviced. They provide a nice waiting area while you wait.

The GM matched a deal from another out of state dealership to gain my business

A couple of salesmen approached me and I informed them that I had been texting with another salesman. They were then rude and acted like they had no clue what cars were on the lot.

Needed an oil change tire rotation and balance. Everything was done in a timely manner and my tires ride smooth now.

Did not appreciate paying $100 porition for the oil of the oil change, when I can buy it retail for $55.94 and have 2 quarts left over and GM buys it oil bulk. Although I requested the 0W40 oil with my 6.2L engine (24.6K miles) and despite having both valve banks replaced, I would think they could have told me of the huge up charge from 0W20...

Everyone we talked to at the dealership was very nice and friendly. This is the second purchase we’ve made from Heritage and would buy from them again. The staff was Knowledgable, went the extra mile to get exactly what we wanted, and we never felt like we were pushed into anything we didn’t want or need. 10/10 recommend.

I knew what I wanted before even visiting the dealership and on my first visit I told the Sales Consultant. The dealership didn't have actually what I wanted but worked at finding me one. I ended up changing a little on what I wanted and called Will Lesko to tell him. It just happened that they had just had what I settled for delivered that morning. He sent me a video of the car, he knows my wife is bedridden disabled and I am her only caregiver. I called Will and told him I was on my way to look at and buy the car. I feel Will put a little extra consideration into what he knew about our situation and that was a part in what sold me on buying from Heritage Chevrolet. We now have our new car and we are well satisfied. I have bought new Chevrolets since 1987 and this buying experience was near the top of all of them.

Heritage is always friendly and quick to get on the job. They always take my vehicle in quickly and get right at it. I usually wait less than 1.25 hours.

Comfortable chairs in the waiting room were helpful. I liked the television as well.

Was very helpful through the whole buying experience. Even though I’ve lived in the same town as this Chevy dealership I had never done business with them, I had mostly bought Ford products. After getting to know some of the sales group and working through some options I pulled the trigger on a Silverado 1500
